Addressing VXI-SC Channels In LabVIEW

Hardware: VXI/VME/MXI>>VXI Signal Conditioning>>VXI-SC-1000

Problem: What is the correct syntax in order to address the Signal Conditioning modules in the VXI SC-1000 chassis?

Solution: VXI-SC channels are addressed in a manner similar to SCXI. Use the syntax SCx ! MDy ! CHz, where x is the chassis number, y is the module number, and z is the channel number. All these parameters are defined in the NI-DAQ configuration utility. Each VXI-SC-1000 constitutes a single chassis, while each VXI-1102 and VXI-SC-1150 constitutes a module within its chassis.
