Why am I unable to activate my motion hardware?Hardware: Motion Control
Problem: I attempted to activate my motion control hardware in MAX or in the NI License Manager and was unable to do so, what do I do now? Solution: All National Instruments motion control hardware ships preactivated, so customer activation is not necessary. The NI License Manager no longer supports hardware activation. If you have an older version of the NI License Manager, it may be possible for you to attempt to "activate" your motion control hardware. Activation of your hardware is not neccessary and should not be attempted. If your motion control hardware still requires activation, please contact customer support. Note: If you are trying to activate the NI SoftMotion Controller for CANopen, please contact customer support.
