Assigning an IP Address for a GPIB-ENET on a DEC Alpha Returns a "cannot find ppaid" Error

Hardware: GPIB>>External Controllers/Convertors>>GPIB-ENET, Instrument Connectivity Other>>Ethernet>>GPIB-ENET

Problem:
I have a DEC Alpha with OSF1 version 3.2 on it. When I try to assign an IP address to my GPIB-ENET, I get the following error: Error cannot find ppaid.

Solution:
This happens because in OSF1 version 3.2, the name of the ethernet driver changed between versions, and the old version of IPASSIGN is looking for the old file name. There is a new IPASSIGN, which looks for the correct file name. It is called IPAssignOSF, and is attached below.
