Problem: The DC versions of the GPIB-232CV-A, GPIB-232CT-A, and GPIB-485CT-A have a 230 VAC ordering option. However, unlike the AC options, I can find no information regarding the geographic regions in which I can use my 230 V GPIB serial power supply. Solution: The power supplies for the DC versions of the parts listed below, which have a part number ending in -31, include a power outlet plug compatible with the Universal Euro standard. A DC power supply option compatible with the United Kingdom standard is also available by specifying the same part number with a -06 suffix. The following table shows the various part numbers associated with the two different standards.
