What Is the Pinout for the NI 435X?

Problem:

I can find the correspondence between signal names and pin numbers for the NI 435X in Table B-1 of the NI 435x User Manual.  However, I cannot find any documentation showing how the pin numbers map to the physical connector.  Where can I find this information?

Solution:

The diagram below shows how the pins are numbered on the 68-pin connector for the NI 4351.
