NI-RFSA Downconverter-only Mode Returns Incorrect Value for Downconverter Center Frequency

Primary Software: Driver Software>>NI-RFSA
Primary Software Version: 2.1
Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A
Secondary Software: N/A
Hardware: Modular Instruments>>RF Measurement Devices>>PXI-5600

Problem:
Downconverter-only mode for the PXI-5600 was introduced in NI-RFSA 2.1. However, when using this driver method, there is no way to report back the IF frequency.

How do I tell what IF frequency the PXI-5600/5601 is outputting at ?

Solution:

The two attached VIs illustrate how to solve this problem.
The Get IF.vi gets the coerced IF for the RFSA in downconverter only mode. It uses a property node and a case structure to work with either the PXI-5600 or the PXI-5601.

The RFSA Downconverter Center Frequency Adjustment.vi consists of three major parts. An NI-SCOPE session, an NI-RFSA session, and a signal analysis part. The Get IF.vi is used in the NI-RFSA session to get the IF that is used in both the NI-SCOPE part and the signal analysis.
Further explanation is found on the VI's block diagram.
