Archived: Why Does the Time Field of the UUT Report Header Remain Constant for Multiple UUTs when Generating XML Reports in TestStand 4.2 and TestStand 4.2.1?This document has been archived and is no longer updated by National InstrumentsPrimary Software: Primary Software Version: 1.0 Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A Secondary Software: N/A
Problem: I am executing my sequence using the Test UUTs execution entry point configured for XML reporting. In TestStand 4.2 and 4.2.1 I noticed that the Time field in the UUT report header is the same for each UUT. I did not see this behavior in previous versions of TestStand. How can I correct this behavior in TestStand 4.2 and 4.2.1? Solution: This behavior was unintentionally introduced in the TestStand 4.2 reportgen_xml.seq sequence file and has carried over to TestStand 4.2.1. To correct this behavior, add a statement step to the beginning of the AddReportHeader sequence of the reportgen_xml.seq sequence file. This statement should contain the following expression: FileGlobals.FixedHeader ="" Please see the image below for further clarification on where to add the new statement step. ![]() Related Links: Knowledgebase 4SB7G6CK: TestStand XML Report Customization TestStand 4.2 Help: Customizing TestStand Style Sheets Attachments:
