LabVIEW Help Crashes when the Index Tab is Clicked

Problem:
When I open the LabVIEW Help or any other help application that uses the standard windows help frame, the help crashes when the index tab is clicked.

Solution:
This is a problem with the way Windows is handling the index creation process and requires
three DLLs to be re-registered.

Press the Start button, then click Run.  Then register the files hhctrl.ocx, itircl.dll and itss.dll by typing in the following text:

REGSVR32 "C:\Windows\System32\hhctrl.ocx"
REGSVR32 "C:\Windows\System32\itircl.dll"
REGSVR32 "C:\Windows\System32\itss.dll"
