After Power Cycling the DAQPad-1200 with LabVIEW Open, I Get Bad Data when I Run a VI

Hardware: Legacy DAQ Devices>>Multifunction DAQ>>DAQPad-1200

Problem: If I power cycle my DAQPad-1200 while LabVIEW is open, then I get bad data when I subsequently run my VI. I have to exit LabVIEW and re-run the configuration utility in order to reset the parallel port. Then I can reopen LabVIEW and get good data. How can I avoid this?

Solution: Call the Device Reset.vi at the beginning of your program.
