Registering Previous Versions of Measurement Studio Through the Installer Fails

Problem: Why do I get an Error - Not Found page on ni.com when I try to automatically register my Measurement Studio product through the installer?

Solution: The installers for older Measurement Studio products allow you to register the product automatically, through the Web. This mechanism no longer works because National Instruments has discontinued the Web application that handled the registration. You should now go to to ni.com/register to register your products.

This solution applies to Measurement Studio support for Visual Studio 6.0 and previous editions, the Measurement Studio PID toolkit, and the Measurement Studio Automation Symbols toolkit.
