How Can I Find Available Standards for Calibration Executive in Automated Mode? Primary Software: Calibration ExecutivePrimary Software Version: 2.1 Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A Secondary Software:
Problem: I want to calibrate my instrument using Calibration Executive but I can't find my equipment (or any) in the list of available standards that comes in Part 4 of the Calibration Configuration Wizard. How do I get my equipment to show up here? Solution: Calibration Executive looks for the IVI drivers installed on your computer for each standard required. By default, Calibration Executive installs some of the most common IVI drivers for calibrators, DMMs, and other standards. To see a list of these, please refer to the KnowledgeBase linked below. If your standard is one of the IVI drivers installed by Calibration Executive and it does not appear in the list, press Refresh to update the list. If your device is still not listed, you can troubleshoot the driver from the Hardware Installation/Configuration Troubleshooter that is linked below. If your standard is not among the list of drivers installed by default, you will need to install an IVI driver for Calibration Executive to run in automated mode. Additional instrument drivers can be found at the National Instruments Instrument Driver Network linked below. Follow the steps in the Hardware Installation/Configuration Troubleshooter to verify communication. If you cannot find a driver from the Instrument Driver Network, please contact the instrument manufacturer for IVI drivers.
