Why is my 6731 Card not Working with my MAGMA Expansion Chassis?

Hardware: Signal Sources (AWG/FG/AO)>>Analog Output Devices>>PCI-6731

Problem:
I have a problem with a NI PCI-6731 output card and a 4 slot MAGMA expansion chassis. The bus interface with the MAGMA chassis is PCMCIA. The NI PCI-6731 works in a desktop PCI slot fine but is non-functional in the MAGMA chassis. I am using the Traditional NI-DAQ (Legacy) driver under Windows XP.

Solution:
The Microsoft Word document attached below describes the steps necessary to fix this problem.
