LVD-Import fails

Problem: The LVD-Import stops with an error message stating that a library is not registered

Solution: This error might occur under Windows NT4 or WIN98 when invoking the script "ImportLVD.vbs" to import a VIEW-Layout file (*.LVD) from a DIAdem version up to 8.1 into DIAdem VIEW 9.0

It occurs due to the fact that the script uses regular expressions which are only available if the script engine features regular expressions and is registered within the system. Under Windows NT this might not be the case.

In order to overcome the problem you could simply register the script engine that comes with DIAdem. You achieve this by executing the line "regsvr32 \vbscript.dll" from the Start Menu or from the Command Shell, where is the path to the DIAdem program directory.
