Problem: The PCI-6703, PXI-6703, PCI-6704, and PXI-6704 become inoperable when NI-DAQ 6.9.2 is installed from the LabVIEW 6.1 (English-only) CD. The devices do not pass the Resource Test in the Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX). Solution: The version of the NI-DAQ driver that shipped with LabVIEW 6.1 (nidaq 6.9.2f4) does not support the PCI-670x family. NI-DAQ version 6.9.3 supports the cards. The solution to this problem is to uninstall the current driver and download and install NI-DAQ 6.9.3 from the NI website. (see the related link below).
