Problem: The range for the Line Profile is always set from 0 to 255, even for binary images. Since Vision Builder 6 (now known as Vision Assistant) does not automatically equalize an image after thresholding, when I try to do a line profile on a binary image, the line profile appears to be 0 for all pixels. How can I improve the scale for binary images? Solution: You can change the scale to Logarithmic to see the changes between 0s and 1s easier. This was fixed in Vision Builder 6.1, and all later versions of Vision Builder which is now known as the Vision Assistant that is part of the Vision Development Module.
