I Cannot Run VirtualBench on Windows NT Unless I Have Administrator Privileges

Problem: The VirtualBench Release Notes, page 4, states:

"VirtualBench Requires Administrator Access under Windows NT. Under Windows NT 4.0, by default, only someone with administrator access to the system can run VirtualBench."



Solution: In order to allow other users to run VirtualBench in such a system, you need to change the access options of the folder where VirtualBench is installed so other users have read/write/execute access to it.
