SC-2042-RTD Channels are Giving Me Mixed-Up Readings Hardware: Signal Conditioning Other>>SC Analog Accessories
Problem: I am using an MIO board with SC-2042-RTD and I am connecting 3 RTDs to Channels 0,1,2. When I measure the voltage output from using the LabVIEW DAQ VIs (or by calling NI-DAQ functions), my channel 0 reading shows up on 1, channel 1 shows up on channel 2, etc. What might be wrong? Solution: Make sure that the cable from the DAQ board is connected to proper connector on the SC-2042-RTD. There are two connectors--one for MIO type boards (J10) and one for Lab/1200 series boards (J9). Also, the screw terminal block where you would connect your RTDs has two labels (one set of pinouts for MIO and the other for Lab/1200). Make sure that you are connecting the RTDs to the correct channels. Related Links: Product Manuals: SC-2042-RTD Attachments:
