Problem: I get an error -10007 in NI-DAQ when I specify "1,0" as a channel string in LabVIEW using my Dynamic Signal Analyzer (DSA). Is channel order important for the NI 44xx or NI 45xx when programmed in NI-DAQ mode? Solution: With NI-DAQ 6.1 any channel, except "-1", can be specified for the DSA instruments, but the sequence has to be in ascending order. In other words, any channel may appear in the scan list, but it must be in ascending numerical order. Examples of valid scan lists are "0,1" and "0, 2, 3". The DAQ Hardware Overview Guide (DSA chapter - Data Acquisition section, 1st paragraph) explains the proper channel addressing. Note: The channel list to AI Config still must be in ascending order.
