Problem: What are the software requirements and supported devices for the LabVIEW Mobile Module?
Solution: Note: The LabVIEW Mobile Module was formerly known as the LabVIEW PDA Module.
The operating system, not the actual device, determines whether the Mobile Module supports a particular device. The following table lists the different software requirements and different devices the Mobile Module supports.

Visit the Upgrade Advisor (linked below) to upgrade the Mobile Module.
+ Version 8.2 or later includes the necessary Microsoft tools for ARM Pocket PC and Windows Mobile targets. eMbedded Visual Tools and Visual Studio are required only for version 8.0.1 and earlier of the PDA Module for Pocket PC. You must use Visual Studio if you want Windows Mobile 5.0 support with the LabVIEW 8.0.1 PDA Module. Otherwise, use the eMbedded Visual Tools.
* In the 7.01f version of the PDA Module, you can create an application for a Pocket PC 2002 or a Pocket PC 2003 device. If you are creating an application for a Pocket PC 2002 device, you only need eMbedded Visual Tools 3.0. If you are creating an application for a Pocket PC 2003 device, you need eMbedded Visual Tools 3.0 and eMbedded Visual Tools 4.0.
# You can run applications built for Pocket PC 2003 or Windows Mobile 5.0 devices on Windows Mobile 6.0 devices. Use a Pocket PC 2003 or Windows Mobile 5.0 target to programmatically download or run applications from the project.
