Problem: Which versions of NI-VISA support which versions of the LabVIEW Development System? Solution: NI-VISA doesn't change its support of the LabVIEW Development System from version to version. Newer versions of NI-VISA will work with older versions of LabVIEW, because NI-VISA tries to be as backwards compatible as possible for applications and development environments. Newer versions of LabVIEW may or may not work with older versions of NI-VISA due to valid assumptions made about the VISA specification.
