Problem: Measurement Studio 8.0.0 Patch for Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 and the .NET Framework 2.0 Solution: The Measurement Studio 8.0.0 .NET class libraries can be used with Visual Studio 2005. The following issues were reported for Measurement Studio 8.0 when used with Visual Studio 2005: - PropertyEditor control throws a NullReferenceException when dropped in Visual Studio 2005. - If you add an item to collection editors of UI controls at design-time and cancel the collection editor dialog, you receive an error stating that an ObjectDisposedException has been thrown. This error does not cause the component to behave improperly. The control can still be used without any problems after the error is generated.- NumericEdit control does not draw a border in Visual Studio 2005. - If you have only Visual Studio 2005 installed, Visual Studio 2005 generates warnings when building setup projects consisting of the NationalInstruments.UI or NationalInstruments.UI.WindowsForms assemblies. You must download and install the MStudio800VS2005.exe patch to fix the issues in Measurement Studio to support Visual Studio 2005 and the .NET Framework 2.0.
