Can I Create a Host VI Executable with Simulation Interface Toolkit? Primary Software: LabVIEW Toolkits>>Simulation Interface ToolkitPrimary Software Version: 3.0 Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A Secondary Software: N/A
Problem: I have a Host VI that is communicating to my model that was developed with The MathWorks, Inc. Simulink® software environment. I plan on taking my development to my lab computer, which will run as an executable. Is it possible for me to create an executable Host VI with SIT 3.0.x? Solution: No, it is currently not possible to create an executable from SIT 3.0.x and is a known limitation of the software. While running the executable, you will get an error similar to the following: Executable Host VIs can, however, be created using SIT 4.0 and later.
