我該如何從我的運動控制卡上讀取 UMI 的"Inhibit Output"的狀態

問題: 我正在使用 National Instruments 運動控制卡與 UMI 以及非 NI 的驅動器。UMI 結合了數個 inhibit 訊號源去決定 INHOUT 訊號線的狀態。我注意到運動控制卡僅有 "inhibit outputs" 的線路。我該如何讀取我的驅動器真正的 "inhibit" 狀態。

解答: National Instruments 的運動控制卡每個軸的 inhibit 訊號在UMI上被結合以決定 " Inhibit Output " 的狀態，因為運動控制卡上的 Inhibit 訊號僅可作輸出，運動控制卡並不知道是否有任何的 inhibit 來自於其他的訊號源。為了要知道馬達驅動器真實的狀態，你必須要手動將 INHOUT 接回 UMI 上的輸入端以讀取其狀態。

inhibit 訊號可以使用四種不同的輸入，可依照您的應用上哪些線路還沒有或是已經被使用來決定。

• 連結 INHOUT 線路至UMI上的任一個 Trig lines，然後使用 Read High-Speed capture status函式去讀取線路狀態。
• 連結 INHOUT 線路至7334/44 控制器上任一個 DIO 線路，然後使用 Read I/O Port 函式去讀取線路狀態。
• 連結 INHOUT 線路至UMI上的任一個 Analog Input lines，然後使用 Read ADC 函式去讀取線路狀態。
• 連結 INHOUT 線路至UMI上的任一個 Limit 或是 Home 輸入端，然後使用 Read Axis status函式去讀取線路狀態。
