Why Am I Missing Some Examples When I Upgrade NI-FGEN?

Hardware:

Problem: I recently upgraded NI-FGEN from 2.0 to 2.1. However, I am missing an example program. Why is this, and how do I fix it?


Solution: This is due to an improper reference counting in the installer. To fix the problem, launch the installer from Add/Remove Programs and select 'Repair'. This will install any missing examples.
