Problem: Whenever I click on the "Find Instruments" button on the GPIB (or Serial) add-in for Measure in Excel, my computer crashes. Why is this? Solution: This is a problem with version 1.1 of Measure. It is fixed in the 1.2c update. This is a free update and can be downloaded from the Related Link below. It would also be a good idea to make sure you're running the latest version of the NI-488.2 GPIB driver (if you're getting the crash with the GPIB Add-in).
