Error -1074135023 in TestStand when Initializing an IVI-COM Device Primary Software: TestStandPrimary Software Version: 1.0 Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A Secondary Software: Instrument Drivers/IVI>>IVI Compliance Package
Problem: I have defined an IVI-C step in the main sequence to initialize my Agilent function generator, but I am getting an error -1074135023 when I try to do so. What am I doing wrong and how can I fix this problem? Solution: This error indicates that you are either calling an incorrect logical name in TestStand or your Agilent function generator uses IVI-COM type drivers and not IVI-C type drivers. The TestStand steps that we ship are for IVI-C drivers, but you can use IVI-COM drivers with TestStand by following the steps in the KnowledgeBase Can I Use IVI-COM with TestStand. If you are using IVI-C drivers then change the logical name in TestStand to match the one configured in MAX. Related Links: KB 3KS8TQV3: Can I Use IVI-COM with TestStand? Attachments:
