Problem: When I launch BioBench, I get an error message saying that NI-DAQ is not installed. What should I do? Solution: When BioBench is loading, a message might appear indicating that NI-DAQ is not installed. NI-DAQ is the software that communicates with your data acquisition (DAQ) hardware. If you will be performing data acquisition, you will need to install NI-DAQ, install your DAQ hardware, and configure your DAQ hardware. Please refer to your NI-DAQ User Manual for PC Compatibles for more information on installing NI-DAQ and configuring your DAQ hardware. BioBench can be used without NI-DAQ installed if you are playing back data files previously acquired with BioBench or demonstration files that ship with BioBench.
