Incorrect character display on a Non-English Operating System in the Control Design Toolkit.

Primary Software: LabVIEW Toolkits>>Control Design Toolkit
Primary Software Version: 2.1
Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A
Secondary Software: N/A

Problem: The plus-minus character cannot be correctly displayed on localized Operating Systems

Solution: This problem exists in CD Render Complex Root.vi. The ASCII number 177 represents a different character on non-English Operating Systems. For example, on Chinese Operating Systems, the character shows up as '?':

In order to fix this, replace the VI CD Render Complex Root.vi in the following path:

"C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 8.2\vi.lib\addons\Control Design\_Utility\Rendering.llb"

with the VI attached to this document.
