NI VLM 2.0 Network Configuration Executable Requires Elevation In Windows Vista

Problem:
I have created a Network Installer with NI VLM 2.0.  When the network configuration executable (mslsetup.exe) is run seperately on Windows Vista, elevation is required.  How do I prevent this executable from requiring elevation?

Solution:
We have released a patch of NI VLM 2.0 which addresses the issue.  You can find the installer in KnowledgeBase 481AE18M: NI Volume License Manager Update - Version 2.0f4.
