Problem: Are Computer Names Added to NI Volume License Manager Case-Sensitive?

Solution: Computer names added to NI Volume License Manager are case-sensitive. The computer name in NI Volume License Manager must match the computer name as created on the network domain in both spelling and case. For example, a computer named "Texas" is not the same as a computer named "texas" or "Tejas". If the computer names differ in either spelling or case, NI Volume License Manager will not grant permission for the client computer to launch the product.
