Problem: I have just installed LabVIEW 8.2 and now all my TestStand 4.0 user interface VIs do not work. Solution: Some support VIs are not installed with the LabVIEW 8.2 installation. It is necessary to run the TestStand Version Selector at least once after freshly installing LabVIEW 8.2. This will properly install the needed support and user interface VIs. Another possible symptom is problems with deploying LabVIEW VIs. This is also fixed by running the TestStand Version Selector. The version selector can be found in Start»Programs»National Instruments»TestStand X.X»TestStand Version Selector. (where X.X is the latest version of TestStand you have installed) Open the Version Selector, make sure that the latest version of TestStand is selected under Installed TestStand versions and click Make Active.
