What are the FPGA Pin Connections, and how can I tell which digital lines to use on each Connector?

Hardware: Reconfigurable I/O (RIO)>>R Series>>PXI-7831R

Problem: I am trying to access digital and analog lines on the 7831R FPGA board, and I am not sure what the pin out is for Connector 2.

Solution: The 7831R FPGA board has three connectors, Connector 0 is the MIO connector and includes both analog and digital lines. Refer to Appendix B of the user manual for the 7831R pin assignments.
NI PXI 7831R User Manual.

The DIO connectors, Connector 1 and 2, provide access to the remaining 80 digital lines on the 8731R. Each DIO connector has 40 digital lines, and the Pin Assignments are exactly the same, with lines DIO0 through DIO39 located on both connector 1 and 2. There is no need to continuing numbering the digital lines on Connector 2 because the digital lines in FPGA are addressed by the Connector number and then the pin number.
