Is there a Size Limitation for USB Devices that are Supported on cRIO-901x or cFP-2220 Controllers?

Hardware: CompactRIO>>Controllers>>cRIO-9012, CompactRIO>>Controllers>>cRIO-9014, Compact FieldPoint>>Controllers>>cFP-2220

Problem:
I would like to know if there is a size limitation on the supported USB devices for cRIO-901x and cFP-2220 controllers?

Solution:
There is not a limitation on the size of the supported USB device beyond the limits of FAT16 and FAT32. FAT16 has a 4GB limit on partition size, whereas FAT32 has a 2TB limit on partition size.

Some disks that are not recognized by the cRIO and cFP will be recognized after reformatting the drive. However, the FAT32 formatting support in Windows 2000 and Windows XP is limited to 32 GB. To achieve partition size above 32 GB, a third party formatting tool will be required.
