How to Resolve Xilinx Compilation Error 91

Problem:
I try to compile any LabVIEW FPGA code, and I always receive the following error during the compilation:  

FATAL_ERROR: <name of library> - dll open of library
failed due to an unknown
reason. Process will terminate. For more information on this error, please
consult the Answers Database or open a WebCase with this project attached at
http://www.xilinx.com/support.
ERROR:Xflow - Program par returned error code 91. Aborting flow execution...
How can I resolve this error?

Solution:
This issue is usually due to a corruption with LabVIEW links to the LabVIEW FPGA and the Xilinx compile server. The way to resolve the issue is to either:

1) Recreate the LabVIEW FPGA target from within the Project Explorer and Measurement and Automation Explorer.

First, delete the target from within the Measurement and Automation Explorer, reboot the controller, and allow MAX to redetect the target.

Then, recreate the FPGA target. Manually delete the R-series or CompactRIO target from the project and add it back in.

2) Reinstall LabVIEW, LabVIEW FPGA, and LabVIEW Real-Time.
