Excessive Noise When Using Internal Excitation With The SCXI 1503?

Hardware: SCXI>>Modules>>SCXI-1503

Problem:
I am using an SCXI 1503 and internal excitation and I am seeing excessive noise.  When I measure the incoming signal using a scope or different hardware, I do not see the same results.  What could be causing this?

Solution:
The excessive noise could be caused by specifying the wrong excitation value.  The excitation from the SCXI 1503 is not selectable and is always .1 mA.  When creating an RTD task, the default excitation value is 2.5mA.  This value should be changed to .1 mA.  If the excitation value specified is greater than the actual excitation provided by the card, you will see excessive noise.
