Is There a Way to Configure All of the SCC Modules Using the Mac OS DAQ Configuration Utility?Hardware: SCC
Problem: The Mac OS DAQ Configuration Utility will only allow me to configure specific SCC Modules for my SC-2345. My module does not appear in the list of modules I can add. Is there a way to use SCC modules that are not listed there? Solution: Yes, all of the SCC modules will work with a Mac OS. The NI-DAQ Configuration Utility performs the scaling for each module automatically when the module is selected from the list. However, this scaling can be accomplished by using a Virtual Channel as well. Since the signal from each SCC module is read on an individual channel on your DAQ device, you can create Virtual Channels with custom scales to configure the modules that are not listed in the NI-DAQ Configuration Utility.
