Why am I Getting Improper Limits with Calibration Executive?

Problem: I recently calibrated my PCI-6023E with Calibration Executive 2.0. I noticed that the limits are opposite what they should be, which results in a calibration failure, even though the reported numbers are perfectly accurate. What is going on?
