NI-IMAQdx and GigE Cameras

Hardware: Image Acquisition (IMAQ)

Problem: Do I need a standard Cat-5 Ethernet cable to connect my GigE Camera to my network card, or do I need a crossover cable?

Solution: Either cable will work. The NI-IMAQdx driver has built-in functionality to determine which cable you are using.
