Why Do I Get A Timeout Error When Writing Relay Counts to My Switch Module?

Problem:
When I try to write relay counts to my switch module through the soft front panel by going to File » Relay Maintenance » check Edit Count » Change the New Relay Count, I get a time out error. 

This might happen if a switch was sent in for repair and it was retrofitted with a hybrid module connector.

Solution:
If this error is seen and the computer is running NI-SWITCH 3.6.0 or earlier, the solution is to upgrade to NI-SWITCH to 3.6.1.
