Problem: When I try to run a LabVIEW EXE on my NI Touch Panel Device (ie: TPC-2006) I get the following error: Pocket PC *.c is a missing VI or c file. LVforms.h is a missing VI or c file I have even tried running shipping examples but I constantly get this error, how can I fix this? Solution: In most cases the solution for this problem is to Activate or Uninstall the Mobile Module. This error is caused when your system attempts to use resources that are part of the LabVIEW Mobile Module (known as PDA Module in previous LabVIEW versions), rather than use resources that are part of the LabVIEW Touch Panel Module, and those resources are unavailable due to a license access problem. This license access problem can be caused when the computer has an unactivated version of the LabVIEW Mobile Module or when the License Server is not running. In order to fix this error, you will first need to open up the NI License Manager from Start»All Programs»National Instruments»NI License Manager. Select Mobile Module (PDA Module) from Local Licenses»LabVIEW»Modules.  If you see that the Mobile Module software has not yet been activated, or that your 30-day trial has expired, then you will either need to activate or uninstall the Mobile Module software. After it is either activated, within a 30-day trial period, or uninstalled, you should be able to properly run programs on the your TPC device. If the Status for this module says, "Note: License Server must be running to use this software," then you may need use this KB to see how to find the service on your operating system and then start it manually or have it start automatically.
