Problem:

If your Internet connection requires an authenticating proxy server, you will receive the following message when checking for updates using the Update Service:

Solution:

When your Internet connection uses an authenticating proxy server, Update Service for Circuit Design Suite 10.1 cannot connect to NI's update server.  To download the latest updates for National Instruments products, you can visit the Drivers and Updates page.
