ComponentWorks DAQ with the PCI-6527Hardware: Digital I/O (DIO)>>Isolated>>PCI-6527
Problem: I am trying to use the ComponentWorks (CW) DAQ function CWDI with the 6527 for change notification in Measurement Studio / Visual Basic 6.0. I get an error message that says that this is not supported by the device. Can I use CWDAQ for change notification with the PCI-6527? Solution: No. The CWDI function was designed for waveform buffered digital input using NI boards that are hardware timed. Since the PCI-6527 does not have this capability, you will need to use function calls to do change notification with the PCI-6527.
