What Does a Blinking SCXI Power LED Mean on a PXI-1010 Chassis?

Hardware: SCXI>>Chassis>>PXI-1010

Problem:
The SCXI power LED is blinking on my PXI-1010 chassis. What does this mean?

Solution:
When the SCXI Power LED is blinking on a PXI-1010 chassis, the fan is malfunctioning or no longer working and an repair may be needed. The location of the SCXI Power LED is shown below.
