Accessing Online Training with a Volume License Agreement (VLA)

I am currently active and on-service with a Volume License Agreement (VLA). When I log into the NI Online Training Portal, I am not allowed or cannot access the content. How can I gain access to the online training content that comes with my VLA?
Alternately, as a VLA administrator using NI Volume License Manager (VLM), how can I ensure all of my end users have access to online training?
To continue via web, contact your VLA administrator and request your serial number. Your VLA administrator can find this information in the Licenses view of NI Volume License Manager. Note: The Serial Number column in VLM is hidden by default. To add it, right click on any of the column headers and select Add/Remove Columns. Visit ni.com/myproducts and enter this serial number in the provided box for registration.
To continue via phone, call National Instruments and provide the customer service representative your name and Service ID (or Contract ID). Contact your VLA administrator and request the Service ID. You will be able to access your online training content within 24 hours of your call via ni.com/myproducts
