LabVIEW PDA Error: Unable to Open WinCE File

Problem:
I am using the LabVIEW PDA Module. When I try to deploy my application to my PDA, I receive the following error, what is wrong?

Error: Unable to Open WinCE File

Solution:
You are receiving this error because your application is already running on the PDA. Check the running programs on your PDA and stop your application if it running, then try deploying the application again.
