Problem: How do I use FTP to transfer files between my host machine and a Real-Time target using Measurement and Automation Explorer (MAX)? Solution: LabVIEW Real-Time targets support FTP. You can use any FTP client such as FileZilla, Windows Explorer or any 3rd party FTP client. MAX also has a built in FTP client that you can use to graphically transfer files to a target without using a command prompt. You can install this feature by enabling the option in the installer options for the LabVIEW Real-Time Module as shown in the snapshot below.
