Purpose of the TCK, TDI, TDO, and TRST pins on the TNT5002Hardware: GPIB>>ASICs/OEM Products>>TNT5002
Problem: I read in the TNT5002 Technical Reference Manual about the existence of pins such as TCK, TDI, TDO,and TRST, but I can't find a description of how to use them.Solution: The TCK (pin 2), TDI (pin 3), TDO (pin 4), and TRST (pin 139) pins are JTAG pins are generally used for ICT testing (a.k.a., "bed of nails" testing or Boundary Scan Testing) that one would run on their board after it was built to test the TNT5002.
