How Do I Zoom Out While Viewing an Image?

Issue Details

With the magnifying glass icon you you can zoom in by left clicking on the image being acquired, however how do I use this tool to zoom out?

This problem can occur in the Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX) test image window or Image Display control after performing a snap or grab.

Solution

Holding down the Shift key and left clicking on the image at the same time with the magnifying glass cursor will zoom out of the image.

Additional Information

If you do not have the magnifying glass cursor selected you can either select that tool from the left-hand tool bar (in LabVIEW) or right click and select the Viewer Tool > Zoom tool (in MAX).
