Problem: I have opened up the Measurement Studio Reference Help under Start»All Programs»National Instruments»Measurement Studio for Visual Studio 6»Help. I then navigate to the Visual Studio C++ Help»Reference topic under the Contents tab. Under each library, there is an Examples section which contains links to the C++ examples. When I attempt to click on the Load example in VC++ or Run example links, I receive an error stating
What's going on and how can I fix this problem? The Measurement Studio Reference Help was not updated to accommodate the change in example locations and thus the links will not work. In order to workaround this problem, the shipping examples must be copied into the location that the Help is looking at. For example, if the operating system was Windows XP, then you would copy the examples from
