Why Does the Negative Analog Output Fail in the E Series Calibration Executive After the Adjustment? Primary Software: Calibration ExecutivePrimary Software Version: 2.0 Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A Secondary Software:
Problem: When I try to perform a calibration of an E Series board, which passed the verification procedure before the adjustment, it fails at -9.8 V after the adjustment. Why does this occur? Solution: The E-series Calibration Procedure 2.0 does not do a second self-calibration after the adjustment. This does not affect the result for most E Series boards. However, the low-cost boards (NI 6023, NI 6024, NI 6025, NI 6034, NI 6035, NI 6036) do require this step in the calibration procedure. Attached is the updated E Series Procedure that corrects this problem. To update your procedure, replace the file ...\Calibration Executive\Procedures\Eseries Procedure\E series procedure.seq with the file in the attached zip file. Related Links: Attachments:
